Sometimes you are sitting down watching a movie at night and you get a call from one of your best mates on the house phone saying where are you?
At first I didn’t know what he was talking about. I got a message from him about a month ago with some provisional plans but that was the last I heard of it.
Anyway long story short I really need to start investing in a diary because it is something I should have chased up on or given him a call about earlier.
Today’s blog isn’t so much an article as it is a timely reminder to always be prepared and organised in everything you do. It doesn’t take a whole lot of time and it can be the difference between the different paths you take in life.
I had a Camp America applicant who applied late 2013, I initially told her the cut off was over but I saw we had a mutual friend who at the time meant at lot to me and my family, a friend who is no longer with us now.
I threw he a lifeline and she was the perfect applicant, super organised and got everything done when expected and really made her own destiny, it was simple, do the work and you’ve got a chance to have the experience of a life time, don’t do the work and you’ll have to wait another year for your opportunity.
Stay organised, stay hungry and never give up
