Tonight I looked at everything I needed to get done. At first it was a little overwhelming, I have so many articles I need to write for the launch of my new website. Despite all these articles that needed to be done I know this blog post MUST be done to keep up with my challenge.
The blog has become my procrastination point to avoid writing the other articles that need to be done. On one side of the coin I am glad my procrastination is something productive but on the other side I really need to start knuckling down and taking care of my big ticket items instead of leaving them to all hours of the night.
One of the key lessons I have taken out of this last few weeks is if you start building good work habits and you get comfortable with them they start becoming your fall back rather than sitting on the couch watching pointless TV shows or just doing absolutely nothing your place of comfort becomes a work load that was once a struggle to get started with.
I want to raise the limits of those comfort zones and get to a place where my big ticket items are within my comfort zone and become my fall back. I know this is where true success is, in that zone making worthwhile content, on a regular basis while you enjoy doing it.
By changing our habits we in term alter our levels of productivity. The stronger systems you build the more you can achieve even in your down time.
A short and simple blog today, Create a goal, stick to it for at least 50 days, make it a habit, reap the benefits.
