I recently got asked, “Jimmy tell me your story” to which I replied “what, from the very start?” to which their answer was yes. It was a very loaded question. I had only known this person for 3 days but what better way to get an understanding of where they have come from than to hear how they sum up their own life from birth to now.
When you can sum up your whole life quickly it really put into perspective what achievement you value and what experiences meant the most to you.
It scary to think that one whole period of your life can be summed up in a simple sentence “I went to primary school from 1995-2000.” That it! 6 years of your life summed up that quickly. It’s unbelievable to look back and try to comprehend how fast life is passing you by.
What I don’t want to say 6 years from now it from 2015-2020 “I worked every single day on something I wasn’t overly passionate about”. I want to fill that time period milestones, adventures, activities worthwhile and that really mean something to me. I want to have success in my own business ventures and affect lives in a positive way and the best thing about wanting to do all these things is that I know it’s possible. I just have to want it bad enough.
How many time have you put of an adventure, a traveling trip or not don’t something you wanted to do only to look back and regret it. I don’t want to have those regrets I want to make the most of this time I’ve got.
